Hotel structure complete
On Sept. 30, 2019, we set the first precast column for the new AC Hotel Tallahassee by Marriott at Cascades. On December 6, we placed the last precast panel on the building, appropriately adorned with the traditional “topping out” flag and a Christmas tree. The eight-story structure was completed in just 47 work days thanks to close collaboration with our incredible local partners and the City of Tallahassee.

Construction of the apartment building on the adjacent block will begin in early January. As originally anticipated, the AC Hotel Tallahassee is set to open late next year, with the apartments to follow in the spring of 2021.
